Sounds like: A random, motley bunch of musicians
The Oakdale Music Collective, comprises of a bunch of musicians and singers
and songwriters living in and around Oakdale. Members of this crew are
almost all members of other local music associations
The Cow Track Road Show, and the 52 Week Club. Pretty much just a voluntary
membership, loose-knit organiztaion who get together from time to time to
perform various venues and events or produce
group recording projects (i.e. Oakdale Skyline). Word has it that a group recording project for
Michael Jackson's Thriller is in the works.

Oakdale Skyline
This is a homage to,
interpretation of, and celebration of
Bob Dylan's album, Nashville Skyline. It was performed, recorded, and
self-produced by the members of the Oakdale Music Collective.
Heckabad music is proud to be a liason for promoting this album.
However, because the Oakdale Music Collective had difficulty
obtaining mechanical liscensing
for the songs, Oakdale Skyline was never sold
commercially. Legend has it that it was indeed replicated and rumors
still persist that copies ended up on the East Coast as
well as Amsterdam, Germany and several other EU countries.
What the true fate of these supposed copies were, we may never know
